Detroit DD15 Baseline PLUS Exchange Engine Package Professionally built in house by AJK Engines this package includes: Block crack tested, chemically cleaned machine as required, prepped and painted. Crankshaft chemically cleaned, crack tested and linished or new crankshaft installed New main and conrod bearings, new main and conrod bolts Conrods cleaned, tested and serviced as required New wrist pins, retainers, pistons and rings New cylinder liners (upgraded to APR) New oil pump New oil suction manifold and seals New Crack Case filter module Rebuilt oil filter module including, new oil cooler, oil filter stand pipe, oil thermostat, coolant thermostat & coolant pump. Reconditioned cylinder head, chemically cleaned, crack tested and pressure tested, (machined/new valves, valve seats, valve springs as required), new valve stem seals, new injector cups and seals, or new cylinder head installed New head gasket and head bolts Refurbished or new camshafts and rocker 6 x new diesel injectors and o-rings Turbocharger Intake & exhaust manifolds New oil pan gasket, new front and rear main crankshaft seals, new timing case and front crank cover gaskets Refurbished timing gears and thrust washers or new as required.  Machined flywheel Engine timed and assembled to Detroit specifications New oil filter, coolant filter and fuel filters Engine oil lubrication system primed and filled with fully synthetic oil.  Engine Fit-up Service If your old engine is provided to us first we can strip, clean and transfer all of your cam & valve train, engine harness, ECM, fuel system, air compressor, intake & exhaust manifolds, axial power turbine, and engine accessories to the new long motor. We then prime the engine oil system and fill the engine with oil. All new gaskets & seals, cleaning and fitting of these items from your old engine to the new long motor are included. Engine Fit-up Price: Included in Baseline PLUS Pricing. 12 month (unlimited Km) warranty, conditions apply.
