Cummins ISX Gen 2 Signature Baseline Exchange Engine Package Professionally built in house by AJK Engines this package includes: – Block crack tested, chemically cleaned, machined as required – Crankshaft chemically cleaned, crack tested and linished or new crankshaft installed – New main and conrod bearings, new main and conrod bolts – Conrods cleaned, tested and serviced as required – New wrist pins, retainers, pistons and rings – New cylinder liners (upgraded to APR) – New oil pump & seals – Rebuilt oil filter module including, new oil coolers and oil thermostat, – Reconditioned cylinder head, (machined/new valves, valve seats, valve springs as required), new valve stem seals, new injector cups and seals, new cam bearings, crack tested and pressure tested, or new cylinder head installed – New head gasket and head bolts – New or refurbished valve & injector camshafts – Refurbished valve and injector rocker levers – New Jacobs Brake Overhaul kit installed – New oil pan gasket, new front and rear main crankshaft seals, new timing case and flywheel housing gaskets – Refurbished timing gears and thrust washers or new as required. – Machined flywheel & new spigot bearing – Engine timed and assembled to Cummins specifications – Engine prepped and painted red Engine Fit-up Service If your old engine is provided to us first we can strip, clean and transfer all of your injectors, engine harness, ECM, fuel system, air compressor, intake & exhaust manifolds, turbo and engine accessories to the new long motor. We then prime the engine oil system and fill the engine with oil. New coolant & fuel filters. All new gaskets & seals, cleaning and fitting of these items from your old engine to the new long motor are included. Engine Fit-up Price: $2,000 GST 12 month (unlimited Km) warranty, conditions apply. We also offer a drive in drive out engine swap service, prices for this service are on application and based on the make and model of your truck. Additional items available for an additional charge include: – Reconditioned VGT Turbocharger (exchange basis) – Air Compressor (exchange basis) We also stock a number of used and reconditioned Cummins parts and accessories, including turbo’s & cylinder heads sold on an exchange basis. Engines are sold on an exchange basis, if no exchange is offered additional core charges will apply, if items of the exchange core engine are unserviceable additional core charges will apply.
